Sales invoices, purchase invoices and import files, full bookkeeping including financial statements and multi-company consolidated reports, budgets, profit centers and indirect costs, cash register management, and commercial pricing.
Payments with checks (printing of checks), bank transfers, preparing files for the BCC (Banks’ Clearing Center).
Listing of fixed asset items, classification of assets, investment plans, calculation of depreciation, splitting of assets, removal of assets, registering assets in bookkeeping, and various reports including Depreciation Form No. 11.
Managing of customer relations, task lists including follow-up, meeting diaries, telemarketing system, quotations, orders, customer pricelists, sales, FOB agents, sales forecasts, and branches.
Supplier management system including supplier pricelists, purchasing requirements, authorizations mechanism, price quotations and purchase orders
Items management system including product trees, product parameters, inventory movement, warehouses, inventory counting, laboratory inspection, and structured interface for preparation of data for printing labels, including barcodes.
